History
Established in 2004.
Nero's Auto Body was started in 2004 by Joe Nero. People who had previously went to Joe for their auto body repair started coming to his new body shop. The business was built over the last eleven years with positive reviews, good business etiquette, and Joe's desire to succeed. The shop is always busy and once people come to Nero's Auto Body, they never go anywhere else for their body work!
Owner
Joe Nero started in the auto body field in 1980. He went to school at Technical Careers Institute for one year. After he finished school, he spent years gaining experience in the field. He spent time at dealerships, such as Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and GM. Joe was promoted many times to lead foreman managing over ten people. He was offered and took a job in San Francisco working at a custom shop for luxury cars. About twenty years ago, Joe decided to get his appraiser's license in the State of Connecticut. He worked as an appraiser for years until he decided to pursue his lifelong dream. He opened up Nero's Auto Body in 2004 and has plans to expand the business.
